Vertical farms have been unavailable to many interested across the world due to the lack of expertise and varying information found online. Our goal is to provide individuals with the knowledge and skillsets to be able to create sustainable and affordable vertical farms. The workshops we have created will provide instructions on how to create, develop and take care of their own personal vertical farm. Many of our presentations can be scaled up or down to allow for each person to produce as much or as little food as they need for themselves, their families and community. Sustainable food is possible with the knowledge and expertise that we are sharing during our workshops. Come get involved and start growing, upwards!

Developing Skill Sets
When individuals research vertical farming and how to get involved, it can be intimidating. However, one of the main reasons vertical farming isn't reaching its full potential is the lack of skill sets. Our aim in this portion of the workshop is to provide and teach individuals about the skill sets needed to create, maintain and produce healthier and sustainable sources of produce.
Maintaining Vertical Farms
This session from our workshop aims to provide individuals information about the tools, equipment and necessary maintenance needed to care for their own vertical farm. Depending on the size that one chooses to pursue for their vertical farm, upfront costs can be low and inexpensive. Understanding the necessities is important and we are here to help guide you.

Opening Event
2pm to 2:30pm
This portion of the event focuses on the upcoming sessions focusing all around vertical farming. Introductions to our team leaders, collaborative activities and your group members will be established at this time.
Breakout Session
2:30pm to 3pm
This activity aims to get individuals acquainted with their team and learn more about possibilities of vertical farming in rural, suburban and urban areas.
Understanding Vertical Farming
3pm to 4pm
This time is dedicated to learning more about vertical farming. The benefits and downfalls will be discussed to provide individuals with information on how they can become more involved and create more sustainable forms of produce in their own life.
Hands-on Session
4pm to 5pm
Understanding how vertical farms are created, nurtured and maintained is crucial to having a sustainable vertical farm. This time is to allow individuals that attend the event in person to create their own, small functioning vertical farm that they can implement at home.
Afternoon Discussion
5pm to 6pm
To wrap up the day of events, experts will field questions from patrons of the event about anything vertical farming related. This will help to clear the air on any remaining questions individual may have when developing their own vertical farms from small-scale to large-scale settings.
